Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support people operations and day-to-day team coordination.
2. Suggest and implement ideas to improve work culture and the working
environment.
3. Assist in creating basic internal policies, guidelines, and processes.
4. Work on internal/team branding aligned with the Millenium Marbles brand.
5. Support onboarding and coordination of interns and team members.
6. Develop a basic understanding of the brand and assist with general
marketing support.
7. Maintain basic documentation and internal records.

This role exists to turn emotional storytelling into tangible invitations, guiding architects and designers to our Shoolagiri factory, the space where marble meets meaning.
