People & Culture (Recruitment Focus) - Internship

As a 'People & Culture Intern' at Vraj:bhoomi, you'll play a key role in
building our team and strengthening the workplace experience. Your focus will
be 80% on recruitment and 20% on other HR functions such as onboarding,
engagement etc.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews across
departments.
2. Coordinate candidate communication and maintain recruitment trackers.
3. Support onboarding and documentation processes.
4. Assist in planning small engagement activities and HR initiatives.
5. Learn to maintain structured data for better people decisions.

This internship is designed as a pathway to a full-time role. We're looking
for candidates eager to learn, grow with us, and commit to at least one year
after successful completion of the internship.
