Always Care
Be the remote ops nerve center between ambulance teams, the command desk, and
social media. You'll monitor WhatsApp groups for case media, review helpline
call quality, track missed calls, and support hiring + logistics for new city
launches.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- WhatsApp Ops: Daily audit of ambulance groups for proper photo/video sets
(before/after, treatment); flag gaps; ensure SOP compliance; curate weekly
"best cases" for social.
- Helpline QA: Listen to recorded calls for empathy/protocol; track incoming
vs missed; raise alerts when thresholds breach; maintain a daily QA/action
log.
- Hiring & Expansion: Source/screen doctors & para vets, schedule interviews,
manage onboarding docs/uniforms/kits; coordinate vendors/GPS/branding for new
ambulances.
- Data & Compliance: Update trackers (cases, media compliance, missed-call
rate, hiring funnel); uphold consent, hygiene, and safety SOPs; report
incidents swiftly.

Our teams of vets and paravets stabilize injuries, manage infections (parvo/distemper protocols), handle wound care & IVs, deworming, tick treatments, and vaccinations all in sanitized settings designed for safety and dignity. We coordinate with local volunteers, feeders, and residents using an app-based case system and simple SOPs that keep treatment consistent and transparent. We currently operate 23+ animal ambulances across multiple cities in India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru, Surat, and Junagadh providing free emergency care and support to animals in distress. Till date we have treated over 500K+ animals and counting.
