Operations - Internship

The 'Operations Intern' will support our cybersecurity learning ecosystem by
reviewing course content, coordinating training activities, and assisting
learners with basic queries. This role suits someone with a technical
background who enjoys research, problem-solving, and contributing to the
quality of learning resources.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Review cybersecurity courses to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance.
2. Recommend whether courses should be published on the LMS.
3. Respond to basic learner queries and offer timely support.
4. Assist in training coordination and day-to-day operational tasks.
5. Research and develop cybersecurity learning materials as needed.
