We are looking for a Client Account Modification Specialist to manage account
modification requests and endorsements via our CRM system. This role is vital
for ensuring client satisfaction and accurate account management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Process client account modification requests and endorsements received
through the CRM.
2. Communicate with clients for updates and information gathering.
3. Maintain data integrity in the CRM system.
4. Collaborate with Customer Service and Compliance teams.
5. Generate reports on account modifications for management.
6. Identify process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience in client account management.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems.
4. Strong communication and attention to detail.
