Operations - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer communication: Call customers promptly when delivery exceptions
arise (e.g., address issues, unavailable customer, wrong contact details) to
understand the reason for non-delivery.
2. Issue resolution: Coordinate with delivery partners and customers to
resolve problems, update correct details, and ensure successful order
delivery.
3. RTO prevention: Take proactive steps to minimize Return to Origin (RTO)
cases by following up with customers and ensuring they are available to
receive their package.
4. Record management: Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions,
delivery issues, and resolutions for future reference and process improvement.
5. Collaboration & reporting: Work closely with the operations/logistics team
to escalate critical cases, share feedback, and provide daily/weekly reports
on exception handling.
