Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering customer questions via phone, email, chat, or social media in a
timely and professional manner.
2. Identifying customer problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective
solutions or escalating when needed.
3. Maintaining strong knowledge of the company's products/services to give
accurate information.
4. Logging, tracking, and closing customer queries using CRM/helpdesk tools.
5. Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher teams (technical,
operations, or management).
6. Recording all customer interactions for reference, training, and quality
purposes.

As the two-wheeler market evolves with the influx of electric vehicles, we aim to future-proof mechanics by training them on new technologies and spare parts. We launched in NCR in February 2024 and are already seeing significant traction among mechanics. We are currently ramping up growth and expanding to various cities across India. We are looking for talented and motivated people to help bring our company's vision to life.
