Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Promote the use of the SmartQ digital platform by explaining the benefits
and convenience of the SmartQ Ordering App, including available offers.
2. Encourage users to download and use the app by providing guidance and
training. Assist individuals without the app in placing orders and making
payments through digital wallets.
3. Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with
overall organizational goals.
4. Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
5. Implement and monitor streamlined workflows and standardized procedures.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
7. Identify potential risks to operations and implement mitigation
strategies.
8. Be willing to commute to client locations and carry out kitchen visits;
owning a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
9. Contribute ideas to improve reporting formats, data accuracy, and overall
process efficiency.
