Operations - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Operational Survey & Audit:
1. Conduct structured on-ground operational surveys of large infrastructure
operations.
2. Observe and document existing workflows, SOPs, manpower deployment, asset
usage, and time cycles.
3. Shadow operations teams to understand real-life execution vs documented
processes.
4. Identify operational bottlenecks, redundancies, and risk points.

B. Process Analysis & Documentation:
1. Map current-state processes using flowcharts, process maps, and
operational diagrams.
2. Capture qualitative and quantitative data related to Manpower allocation,
Time and effort involved in operations, Resource utilization, Operational
constraints
3. Assist in building baseline operational metrics.

C. Technology Infusion & Improvement Ideation:
1. Analyze how technology, automation, data, or digitization can improve
existing processes.
2. Propose future-state workflows focused on: Efficiency improvement, Cost
optimization, Better traceability and documentation, Scalability across
similar infrastructure environments
3. Support creation of problem-solution mapping using structured frameworks.
