Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post property in all property sites for lead generation
2. Post property on the company site and manage inventory
3. Daily refresh and check for leads online
4. Call the leads and confirm the requirement
5. Coordinate with owners /brokers/field teams to arrange visits to the
property
6. Be one point of contact for owners
7. Coordinate post-sales activities
8. Follow up for brokerage collection
9. Manage master data
10. Source properties online and prepare property listings
11. Creating realtor broadcast groups for Mumbai locations and Dubai
12. Follow real estate industry brokers, builders connections investors on
social media
13. Post requirements in the WhatsApp groups and also showcase the inventory
available on the same
