Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Product sourcing:
1. Search and shortlist suitable products from various B2B portals such as
IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.
2. Compare suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
3. Negotiate for the best possible rates and quality standards.

B. Quotation management:
1. Prepare quotations based on buyer inquiries.
2. Send quotations to potential buyers and follow up regularly.
3. Update and maintain quotation records.

C. Buyer coordination:
1. Communicate with buyers through email, WhatsApp, or calls to understand
their requirements.
2. Share product details, samples, and updates as needed.
3. Maintain professional and continuous communication to build long-term
relationships.

D. Procurement support:
1. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, pricing, packaging, and
delivery timelines.
2. Ensure that procured products meet the required quality standards.

E. Market research:
1. Track market trends, pricing, and competitor products.
2. Identify new suppliers and potential buyers from India and abroad.

F. Documentation & reporting:
1. Maintain a daily tracker of inquiries, quotations sent, and follow-ups.
2. Assist in preparing purchase and sales reports.
