fashion, natural fabrics, and artisanal craftsmanship. Were building a modern
D2C brand with an Indian heart and a global mindset and were looking for

Role Overview

As an Operations Intern , youll work closely with the founder and core
team to support day-to-day operations, order management, coordination, and
process improvement.

This is not a passive internship. Youll get hands-on exposure , real
ownership, and extensive training across D2C operations.

What Youll Learn (Extensive Training Provided)

Well train you end-to-end on:

• How a D2C fashion startup operates
• Order lifecycle: from purchase production dispatch delivery
• Customer coordination & support workflows
• Internal tools, trackers, and SOPs
• How to think in processes, efficiency, and scale

No prior experience required learning mindset matters more.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in order processing and tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for production & dispatch updates
• Support customer communication (order status, basic queries)
• Maintain and update daily operational trackers
• Help identify gaps and suggest process improvements
• Support the team during launches, sales, and peak periods
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations
