Operations Associate - Internship

Pawzz is looking for an 'Operations Manager Intern' to help manage and improve
our on-ground work for animal welfare. This role is perfect for someone who
enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems, and leading a team to get
things done smoothly.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Oversee and manage daily on-ground activities and ensure all tasks are
completed on time.
2. Handle any challenges or issues that come up and find quick, practical
solutions.
3. Lead and support team members and volunteers to make sure work runs
smoothly.
4. Coordinate with different departments to manage logistics, resources, and
communication.
5. Track progress, prepare simple reports, and suggest ideas to improve
operations.

This internship will help you build strong leadership, communication, and
management skills while making a real difference for animals in need.
