Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor and manage brand mentions across social media platforms and online
forums.
2. Respond to queries, reviews, and comments received on brand's social media
accounts in a timely and professional manner .
3. Collaborate with the internal team to escalate critical issues and resolve
concerns across social media platforms.
4. Track and analyze sentiments to improve brand sentiment.
5. Assist in creating reports and providing insights for brand reputation
enhancement.
