1. Managing online orders, coordinating with store teams, and ensuring timely
dispatch & delivery.
2. Updating product listings, inventory status, and order details on our
e-commerce platform.
3. Handling customer queries via WhatsApp/email and maintaining daily order-
tracking reports.
