Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in providing support for software.
2. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online sessions.
3. Monitor and report recurring issues.
4. Maintain records of support activities and customer communications.
5. Identify potential leads from websites, directories, and social media
platforms
6. Maintain records of leads, and marketing activities in CRM.
7. Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and results of marketing
initiatives.

We are now installing AIS140 devices in Kottayam and Idukki districts with Compass AIS140 GPS device manufactured by Transight systems, Kochi, Kerala. We also have other basic and advanced tracking devices to track and monitor vehicles from bikes, cars, trucks, buses, heavy equipments, generators etc. Our tracking platform Auratraq is designed in a way to easily track and monitor vehicles thru computers, smart phones and other gadgets We believe in better service and happy long customer relationship
