On Ground Marketing (Offline & Digital) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with walk-in customers, collect feedback, and identify
opportunities for customer experience improvement.
2. Conceptualize and execute local on-ground marketing activities (e.g.,
sampling, partnerships with nearby offices/colleges, local events, etc.).
3. Build connections with the local community, nearby businesses, and
influencers to drive word-of-mouth marketing.
4. Coordinate with the Bangalore marketing team for approvals, collaterals,
and brand communications.
5. Track and report the performance of offline marketing campaigns and
suggest innovative ideas for growth.
6. Assist with outlet-level promotional events and campaigns.
7. Identify trends, local festivals, or events that can be leveraged for
marketing.
8. Maintain a weekly report on customer insights, competition activity, and
marketing outcomes.
