Omni Sports Adviser - Internship

Immediate opening for part-time and full-time!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Giving customers a WoW experience across channels
2. Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs
3. Utilize an omnichannel medium to sell products and services that fulfill
customers' needs
4. Assist customers in expanding their choices through digital channels
5. Ensure that I am up to date with Decathlon's products, services, and
offers across all channels
6. Ensure the best-in-class offer, display, and availability for my sport
7. Guarantee customers and teammates' safety in-store with products, stock
storage, and data protection
8. Select the right offer to give my users the right product and service
9. Forecast business according to my seasonality or trend and ensure
appropriate stock levels
10. Set up an experiential layout with strong visual merchandising strategies
to increase my business
11. Master the tools needed to give my users the best-in-class offer,
display, and availability
12. Develop sports' local omnichannel performance
13. Ensuring the growth of sport and its market share
14. Act as a sports ambassador, building a sports community to encourage
15. Working on customer/user engagement in sports practice within the
catchment
16. Affiliate with the right partners who can help customers practice their
sport through events, workshops, and playgrounds
17. Make data-driven decisions for customers and users according to the data
collected through omni channels
