Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Customer experience: Deliver a "WOW" experience by greeting, engaging, and
advising customers. Share your personal sports experiences and product
knowledge to help them make informed decisions and find the best solution for
their needs.
2. Omnichannel sales: Actively promote our products across all channels in-
store, online.
3. Merchandising & inventory: Take ownership of your sport's department.
Ensure layout is visually appealing . Maintain accurate stock levels to
support a seamless omnichannel experience.
4. Community building: Inspire customers to join sports communities and
encourage them to participate in Decathlon-hosted events and local sporting
activities.
5. Team collaboration: Work as part of a dynamic, like-minded team. support
your colleagues and contribute to a positive, energetic, and collaborative
work environment.
