Network Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in monitoring network performance and reporting any issues.
2. Help in configuring routers, switches, LAN/WAN connections, and Wi-Fi
setups.
3. Perform daily system checks and ensure network uptime.
4. Troubleshoot basic connectivity problems for users.
5. Support installation and maintenance of network hardware.
6. Update documentation, logs, and support tickets regularly.
7. Coordinate with the IT team for resolving technical issues.
8. Learn and apply network security practices under guidance.
9. Assist in backup, recovery, and system updates.
10. Provide on-site or remote support as required.
