Mechanical Engineering - Internship

Support the design team in creating CAD models and engineering drawings for
new products and mechanisms.
Work with manufacturing teams to ensure designs can be reliably fabricated
using sheet metal, machining, 3D printing, or injection molding.
Participate in selecting mechanical components like motors, gears, fasteners,
and sensors.
Help in building prototypes, assembling mechanical parts, and performing basic
testing.
Update design documentation, BOMs, and revision history when design changes
occur.
Assist in tolerance analysis and basic structural checks to confirm fit and
durability.
Coordinate with electronics and software team members to make sure the
mechanical design suits the overall system.
Perform benchmarking and teardown of existing products when needed.
Support quality checks on manufactured parts by measuring key dimensions and
recording results.
Learn and follow internal design standards, safety practices, and process
workflows.
