Mathematics - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. You will be in a position of Math Tutor (Online), providing one-to-one
online classes to students studying in the USA

Job role:
1. Take classes based on the training provided
2. Training will be 1 hour/per day and will last about 10 days, and is being
provided for free. Training will include details about the curriculum, mode of
teaching, day to day responsibilities.
3. Time Required 2-3 hours/day, depending on the number of students you are
taking. These are generally the timings in which the class occurs. It totally
depends on the student you get; you just have to take a class at your
student's class time, and you don't have to be present throughout the hours
mentioned.
On Weekdays, early morning from 4:00 AM IST to 10:00 AM IST, on weekends from
7:00 PM IST to 9:00 AM IST.
4. You will be paid per hour for the number of sessions you take. The payment
cycle begins when you start regular classes with the student.
5. You can continue to work with your organization if you are not related to
any of the competitors in the same industry.
6. Class duration will be 50 min-1 hour. One student generally takes two
sessions/week. So if you have 2 students, you will be tutoring 4 hours a week.

Steps of selection:
1. Get to know session (about 20 mins) - Pleasant Personality with Excellent
Communication skills (English), perfect math skills, teaching skills,
patience, passion, confidence
2. Math test/subject test
3. Training program 10 days, 2-3 hour/day, no charges
4. Demonstration interview (mock teaching session based on learnings from
training program)
