Marketing & Strategy - Internship

Candidate must be pursuing a bachelor's or post graduation degree, must be
eager to learn about the marketing and construction industry. If the interview
is good, we can make it a paid internship and give 45000/- per month.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in preparing company profiles, capability statements, pitch decks,
and marketing collaterals for clients such as real estate developers,
corporates, and EPC companies.
2. Support branding and digital presence (LinkedIn, website updates, email
communication).
3. Research target clients, developers, consultants, and upcoming electrical
construction projects.
4. Identify and track tenders, RFQs, and business opportunities from private
and public clients.
5. Assist in tender analysis (basic technical & commercial understanding),
bid summaries, and documentation support.
6. Conduct market, competitor, and pricing benchmark analysis within the
electrical EPC sector.
7. Support go/no-go decisions, bid strategy, and basic financial or margin
analysis.
8. Coordinate with project, engineering, and business development teams to
collect inputs for bids and presentations.
9. Prepare management reports, strategy decks, and business analysis
presentations.
10. Support leadership in business development and growth strategy
initiatives.
