Marketing - Internship

We are seeking a proactive Affiliate Manager to recruit, onboard, manage, and
grow high-performing affiliates including English teachers, educators,
influencers, content creators, and family-focused YouTubers to promote the
Spelling Better App. You will own the entire affiliate lifecycle, from
outreach to performance tracking and optimization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and recruit affiliates such as: English teachers & educators,
Parenting & family content creators, YouTubers focused on kids' education,
EdTech influencers & bloggers
2. Pitch the 50% commission per sale affiliate program.
3. Onboard new affiliates and guide them on best promotion practices.
4. Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate support and queries.
6. Motivate affiliates through performance insights, incentives, and
communication.
7. Collaborate with affiliates on: App demos, Short videos, reels, YouTube
content
8. Reviews, tutorials, and family challenge videos.
9. Provide creatives, messaging guidelines, and unique tracking links.
10. Track affiliate performance using dashboards, links, and reports.
11. Analyze KPIs such as: Conversions, Revenue per affiliate, Cost per
acquisition (CPA)
12. Identify top-performing affiliates and scale their reach.
13. Prepare weekly/monthly affiliate performance reports.
14. Suggest strategies to improve: Conversion rates, Affiliate engagement,
New channel acquisition
