Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Social media support
1. Assist in daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, and other active platforms
2. Coordinate with the design team for creatives and ensure timely uploads
3. Write basic captions, hashtags, and story text as per brand guidelines
4. Monitor comments, DMs, and flag important queries to the team
B. Content coordination & execution
1. Support the marketing team in content planning and execution
2. Help maintain a content calendar and track post status (planned / live /
pending)
3. Assist in collecting content from stores, influencers, or internal teams
4. Upload and organize photos, videos, and creatives in shared folders
C. Influencer & campaign assistance
1. Assist in shortlisting influencers/creators as per the given criteria
2. Coordinate with influencers for posting timelines and deliverables
3. Track influencer posts, links, and basic performance metrics (views,
likes, reach)
D. WhatsApp & CRM marketing support
1. Help draft basic WhatsApp broadcast messages under supervision
2. Assist in campaign uploads, scheduling, and testing messages
3. Maintain lists and ensure correct tagging/segmentation as guided
E. Marketing reporting & tracking
1. Prepare daily and weekly activity reports (posts live, campaigns running,
tasks completed)
2. Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and leads
3. Maintain Excel sheets for campaigns, influencers, and content tracking
F. Market & competitor research
1. Conduct basic competitor research (offers, creatives, messaging)
2. Share daily or weekly insights with screenshots and short observations
3. Assist in trend research (reels, captions, formats)
G. Internal coordination & support
1. Coordinate with sales/store teams for content, offers, and updates
2. Attend internal marketing meetings and note action items
3. Execute any other marketing-related tasks assigned by the manager
