Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Vendor & collateral management:
1. Collaborate with external vendors for printing, designing, and producing
marketing materials (e.g., brochures, banners, certificates)
2. Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality
standards
3. Track vendor timelines and follow up to ensure on-time delivery

B. Inventory management:
1. Maintain accurate records of all in-house marketing collaterals
2. Track stock levels regularly, forecast requirements, and prepare reorder
requests
3. Ensure collaterals are organized, stored properly, and remain easily
accessible for team needs

C. Project coordination:
1. Support in executing cross-functional marketing projects such as
campaigns, branding activities, or partnerships
2. Assist in planning, tracking timelines, and managing dependencies between
teams
3. Take ownership of smaller deliverables within larger projects and ensure
timely execution

D. Deployment support:
1. Prepare and dispatch marketing materials for installations, events, or
post-sales activities such as display boards and certificate distributions
2. Coordinate with field and operations teams to ensure smooth and accurate
execution
3. Track deliveries and update the marketing team on status reports

E. Event management support:
1. Assist in handling event logistics, booth setup, material movement, and
on-ground coordination
2. Support the marketing team in pre-event preparation including collaterals,
giveaways, and checklists
3. Collaborate with event organizers and internal stakeholders for seamless
execution

F. Customer testimonial coordination:
1. Work with field teams to identify potential customers for testimonials
2. Schedule, coordinate, and organize testimonial photo and video shoots
3. Ensure all outputs align with brand tone, messaging, and quality standards
