Marketing - Internship

Objective

To assist in creating awareness, increasing patient engagement, and promoting
clinic services (skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments) through both online and
offline marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, and
WhatsApp.
Post regularly about clinic services, offers, before-after results (with
consent), patient testimonials, and skincare tips.
Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, followers) and suggest improvements.
Respond to basic DMs and comments professionally.
Coordinate photo/video shoots of procedures, clinic interiors, and events.

2. Content Creation & Branding

Assist in designing social media creatives, posters, and short videos using
Canva or CapCut.
Write short captions, blog posts, and taglines promoting skin & hair
treatments.
Help maintain brand consistency in tone, colors, and presentation.

3. Campaigns & Promotions

Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns (e.g., "Acne Awareness Month",
"Hair Fall Clinic Week").
Support in organizing free consultation drives, health camps, and patient
education events.
Help distribute flyers, banners, and local advertisements in nearby areas.

4. Market Research & Growth

Conduct competitor analysis of nearby dermatology/aesthetic clinics.
Suggest innovative marketing ideas to attract international or NRI patients.
Research potential collaborations with salons, gyms, or influencers.

5. Patient Engagement

Follow up with walk-in patients about their experience and collect feedback.
Maintain and update patient database for SMS/WhatsApp marketing.
Assist in designing reminder messages for reviews and follow-ups.

6. Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with the clinic manager and dermatologist to understand ongoing
campaigns.
Prepare weekly marketing performance reports.
Ensure all promotions comply with medical advertising ethics and guidelines.

Preferred skills:

Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media.
Familiarity with Canva, Instagram Reels, Google My Business, and basic
analytics.
Good communication and creativity.
Interest in healthcare, beauty, or wellness marketing.
