Marketing - Internship

Happy Sprouts, a growing mom and kids retail brand under ARVM Baby Product
Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join
our team. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales and marketing,
retail management, digital marketing, social media, and content creation,
especially in the parenting, baby care, and lifestyle space. You will work
closely with our marketing team to support daily operations, content planning,
promotions, influencer partnerships, and brand growth. However the below
mentioned roles are not exhaustive and we welcome new ideas from fresh minds.
This is a great learning opportunity to gain real-world experience in a mom
and kids retail brand.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Social Media & Content:
1. Create and schedule posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and
other platforms
2. Assist in writing captions, designing creatives (using Canva or similar
tools),
and developing content calendars
3. Coordinate photoshoots or collect user-generated content when needed

B. Campaign & Promotions:
1. Help execute online/0ffline campaigns, festive offers, and product
promotions
2. Work on creative marketing ideas targeting parents, especially new moms
and pregnant women

C. Influencer & Community Engagement:
1. Research and reach out to mom bloggers or parenting influencers for brand
collaborations
2. Engage with online followers by responding to comments, DMs, and feedback

D. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
1. Track trends in the baby/maternity industry and report insights
2. Monitor competitors and suggest improvements in our marketing strategy

E. Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing:
1. Assist in drafting content for newsletters and WhatsApp promotions
2. Help manage customer databases and subscriber lists

F. Reporting & Analytics:
1. Track performance of posts, campaigns, and influencer collaborations
2. Prepare weekly reports on growth, engagement, and traffic
