Marketing Associate - Internship

We build, scale, and grow real brands Ayuvya Ayurveda, imfresh, and Klean
Nutrition from scratch.

About the Role:
We're looking for a Retention Marketing Associate who loves data,
communication, and psychology in equal parts.
If you get a kick out of improving repeat purchase rates, crafting killer
email flows, and obsessing over click-through data this is your arena.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
2. Create customer journeys, drip campaigns, and win-back flows that actually
convert.
3. Analyze campaign data to improve retention metrics like repeat purchase
rate, LTV, and churn.
4. Collaborate with creative, product, and performance teams to align
messaging and offers.
5. Segment audiences intelligently because "one size fits all" doesn't cut it
here.
6. Stay updated on trends in D2C retention, CRM tools, and customer
experience.

Who You Are:

1. Interested in retention, CRM, or email marketing (Klaviyo / Mailchimp /
WebEngage preferred).
2. Strong analytical mindset you love Excel, dashboards, and making sense of
data.
3. Comfortable writing or editing campaign content that feels human, not
robotic.
4. Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to experiment with new retention
strategies.
5. Bonus: You geek out on consumer psychology, LTV optimization, and funnels.
