Marketing Assistant - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support planning and execution of corporate events, technical workshops,
and outreach programs by coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and
assisting during on-ground activities to ensure smooth and professional event
delivery
2. Actively engage in volunteering initiatives, representing the organization
during academic and industry interactions, assisting teams, maintaining
participant records, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
and attendees
3. Perform cold calling and blast mailing activities to promote events,
training programs, and company services, generate leads, maintain databases,
follow up with prospects, and provide feedback reports to improve outreach
effectiveness
