A. Regulatory "Speed-to-Market":
1. Map FCO compliance requirements for stimulants.
2. Compare regulatory pathways for Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) - export-
only vs domestic licensing.
3. Assess the feasibility of overseas manufacturing and import to accelerate
market entry.

B. Global buyer identification:
1. Build a verified database of international buyers/distributors in
Southeast Asia and Africa.
2. Identify and shortlist the top 50 export-ready distributors for PGRs and
Stimulants.

C. Domestic market mapping:
1. Map the Indian biostimulant market and key competitors.
2. Conduct dealer/distributor calls to understand margin structures and trade
practices.
