Market Research - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct deep-dive research to identify leadership and niche talent across
India, APAC, US, and EMEA.
2. Create structured long-lists for roles including director, VP, head of
engineering, head of product, data science lead, CISO, COO, FP&A head, and
other GCC leadership positions.
3. Map organizational structures of target companies.
4. Track talent movements, leadership shifts, promotions, and competitor
expansion trends.
5. Build leadership talent heatmaps across target industries and
capabilities.
6. Prepare compensation benchmarks for mid- to senior-level and leadership
roles.
7. Analyse talent supply and demand trends within the India GCC ecosystem.
8. Develop research-backed insights, leadership reports, and market snapshots
for client presentations.
