Management Trainee - Internship

We're looking for ambitious, go-getter 'Management Trainee Intern' to join our
BD & Marketing team. You'll work on lead generation, client acquisition,
marketing campaigns, and team management, driving real results while learning
the ropes of business consulting.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the Business Development team to identify, connect, and onboard
new clients.
2. Engage in cold calling, client communication, and virtual meetings to
convert leads into opportunities.
3. Plan, assign, and guide your team of interns to achieve weekly and monthly
goals.
4. Collaborate with business development teams to develop growth strategies
and improve outreach.
5. Meet weekly/monthly targets.
