Male Psychologist - Internship

We are looking for male psychologists who have interest in group therapy and
support group facilitation. Candidate should have willingness to experiment
with new group formats and themes. Also, should be comfortable holding small
pilot group sessions.

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Attend planning meetings to understand upcoming support group themes and
goals.
2. Help design session outlines, discussion prompts, and simple group
exercises.
3. Read background material relevant to the group topic (articles,
frameworks, case notes).
4. Co-facilitate or independently facilitate pilot support group sessions (as
assigned).
5. Maintain brief session notes and reflections (non-diagnostic, ethical
documentation).
6. Incorporate feedback to refine facilitation style and session structure.
7. Contribute ideas for new group topics or experimental formats.
