Legal Trainee - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing real estate documents such
as MOUs, agreements to sell, sale deeds, lease agreements, and NDAs.
2. Support legal due diligence for property transactions, including title
documents and approvals.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, external lawyers, and government offices
when required.
4. Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
5. Assist in compliance-related work under RERA and other applicable laws.
6. Conduct basic legal research related to property and real estate laws.
