This internship is designed for candidates seeking a serious, long-term career
in export compliance and regulatory law. The role operates in a regulator-
facing, high-risk merchant export environment. Work is strictly research and
documentation-based, under supervision.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research export, customs, and foreign exchange laws (Customs, FEMA, DGFT,
RBI, FTP)
2. Convert laws/circulars into compliance checklists, SOP drafts, and
obligation matrices
3. Assist in risk-focused contract clause analysis
4. Map law obligation evidence for compliance documentation
5. Support compliance systems documentation (CLM/Lawrbit - conceptual level)
6. Prepare structured research notes with primary legal citations
