Learning And Development - Internship

The 'L&D Intern' will support training, incubation, upskilling programs, and
academic collaboration activities to help build strong talent pipelines within
the organization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Assist in designing and delivering training programs for freshers.
2. Coordinate training schedules, assessments, and engagement activities.
3. Support incubation by tracking trainee performance and progress.
4. Help identify skill gaps and assist in employee upskilling initiatives.
5. Coordinate with colleges for academic tie-ups, events, and internship
programs.
6. Maintain documentation, reports, and training data.
