Lead Business Operations - Global AI-Powered Tech Startup - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Supporting core business operations across Talent Cloud, delivery, and
internal workflows while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
2. Analysing processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and proposing
improvements to enhance operational scalability.
3. Managing dashboards, tracking key metrics, and preparing insights and
reports for leadership review.
4. Building and maintaining strong talent pools across key tech skill areas
using our AI-driven Talent Cloud.
5. Working on active client roles sourcing, evaluating, and screening top
tech talent for global opportunities.
6. Matching pre-vetted candidates with open roles using AI-supported
workflows and ensuring accuracy in role-to-candidate alignment.
7. Conducting initial assessments of candidates to evaluate both technical
and soft skills.
8. Coordinating closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand
role requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
9. Maintaining long-term candidate relationships to strengthen the Talent
Cloud pipeline.
10. Leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, automation, and decision-
making across both business and talent functions.
