Law/legal Reporter - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Legal Research and Drafting
1. Conduct in-depth research on laws, case laws, and policy developments
2. Draft legal content for articles, blogs, press releases, and reports
3. Assist in preparing legal notices, agreements, and compliance documents
B. Legal Reporting and Content Creation
1. Monitor daily legal and regulatory news updates
2. Write summaries on court rulings, notifications, and legal trends
3. Assist in scripting and presenting legal content for online platforms
C. News Anchoring and Presentation
1. Present short legal bulletins or summaries for video content
2. Collaborate with media teams for legal awareness content
3. Assist in hosting webinars, panels, and interviews
D. Tele-Calling and Client Communication
1. Call startups, clients, and partners for documentation follow-ups
2. Assist with onboarding by explaining legal procedures and requirements
3. Maintain communication logs and coordinate with the legal team
E. Contract and Compliance Support
1. Assist in reviewing NDAs, MOUs, and vendor agreements
2. Track timelines for statutory filings and regulatory compliance
3. Maintain compliance checklists and support due diligence
F. Documentation and File Management
1. Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents
2. Ensure proper version control and digital/physical archiving
G. Team Coordination and Reporting
1. Draft daily or weekly progress and legal update reports
2. Coordinate with legal, media, and outreach teams
3. Take meeting minutes, track action points, and follow up on deadlines

We are an ignited and inspired team aiming to provide alternatives for single-use plastics and create awareness among people of their harmful usage. To achieve a sustainable future and a plastic-free community, we are creating alternative materials and eliminating single-use plastics by encouraging people to use bamboo toothbrushes instead of plastic brushes and using steel or other materials instead of plastic utensils. Mr. Rahul Singh Kushwaha, our mentor and leader, is an enthusiastic person who took this initiative back in 2017 and has put his heart and soul into the cause. We love the environment because we are a modern society and want a safe environment.
