Law/Legal - Internship

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our
team at the Head Office for a 2-month internship. The role offers exposure to
real-time corporate legal functions and hands-on learning in various aspects
of business law.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and legal
documents.
Conduct legal research on relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
Support in maintaining legal records, case files, and compliance trackers.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collation and documentation.
Provide assistance in due diligence, vendor agreements, and policy reviews.
Prepare summaries, notes, and reports for internal circulation.

Skills & Requirements:

Currently pursuing 3rd year of LLB / Integrated Law degree.
Strong understanding of corporate and contract law fundamentals.
Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
