Law/Legal - Internship

LawDocs is seeking a motivated Law/Legal intern to join our team! As an
intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced
legal professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the field. The candidates
shall be offered placements on the basis of their performance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in drafting legal documents as mandated by RBI and SEBI.
2. Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings
relating to regulatory compliance.
3. Maintain and organize legal files and documents online.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and external parties, showcasing your
English proficiency (spoken and written).
5. Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the legal team.
6. Research on GRC Governance, Risks, and Compliance, and in the domain of
Data Privacy for the financial companies, FinTechs.
