Law/Legal - Internship

As a Law/Legal Intern, you won't be stuck doing busywork. You'll work directly
with our North American based leadership team, gaining real exposure to how
legal decisions shape a growing business. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership
role where your work will actually be used, not filed away.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help shape the company's internal policies by drafting, reviewing, and
updating them in line with current laws and regulations.
2. Analyzing regulatory requirements related to data privacy, consumer
protection, platform policies, contracts, and compliance relevant to product
launches.
3. Converting legal research into clear, actionable guidelines for internal
teams (product, operations, marketing).
4. Drafting and updating internal company policies to ensure regulatory
compliance from day one.
5. Creating and refining customer-facing policies such as Terms of Service,
Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policies, and usage guidelines.
6. Take ownership of core legal operations, including managing documentation,
compliance workflows, and maintaining clean, organized legal records.
7. Draft, review, and negotiate real contracts from vendor and client
agreements to commercial and service contracts.
8. Prepare legal drafts such as notices, agreements, compliance reports, and
other key corporate documents that power day-to-day operations.
9. Dive into IPR research trademarks, copyrights, and patents and see how
intellectual property decisions impact business growth.
10. Draft and review NDAs, MOUs, and partnership agreements that support
strategic collaborations.
