Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Preparation of Legal Reports:
1. Prepare comprehensive legal reports that provide a detailed analysis of
relevant documents, compliance requirements, and legal aspects associated with
property transactions.
2. Structured to offer complete clarity and help clients understand the legal
status and implications of their property dealings.

B. Conducting Search Reports
1. Undertake thorough searches at relevant government offices and registries
to verify the ownership history, encumbrances, mortgages, litigation, and
other legal entries related to an immovable property.
2. Search reports ensure transparency and assist clients in identifying any
issues that may affect the title or transfer of the property.

C. Due Diligence of Immovable Properties
1. Provide end-to-end due diligence services for immovable properties, which
include examining title documents, revenue records, approvals, permissions,
and compliance with applicable laws.
2. The due diligence process helps clients assess the legal soundness of the
property, detect potential risks, and make informed decisions before entering
into any transaction.
