Junior HR Recruiter - Internship

At MyProlist India Online Services Pvt. Ltd., we believe that great teams

for an enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. Your primary
focus will be calling and engaging with potential candidates, introducing them
to exciting roles, and creating a seamless hiring experience.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Make outbound calls to candidates for various openings.
• Explain job roles, company culture, and growth opportunities clearly and confidently.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (HR or Business preferred).
• 0-6 months of experience in recruitment or telecalling (freshers welcome!).
• Excellent verbal communication and confident phone presence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the HR function.
