Junior Ads - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and launching online advertising campaigns across
platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
2. Write ad copy, headlines, and creatives under guidance from senior
executives.
3. Monitor and manage day-to-day campaign performance, including tracking
clicks, conversions, and other key metrics.
4. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.
5. Help in client onboarding activities, ensuring campaigns are set up
correctly and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with the team to optimize campaigns based on performance
insights.
7. Learn to use tools and dashboards to track and report campaign results.
8. Assist in A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad
performance.
9. Support the team in researching target audiences and competitive
campaigns.
10. Maintain organized records of campaign setups, performance reports, and
optimization activities.

The businesses we largely work with are small-scale enterprises and startups and we are directly responsible for shaping how their business grows.
