IT Admin/IT systems support intern - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide end-to-end support for laptops, desktops, and IT hardware.
2. Troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site.
3. Monitor and maintain systems, including configuration, patching,
automation, hardening, and upgrades.
4. Ensure system and server uptime, availability, reliability, and security.
5. Implement and manage access control, backups, and firewall configurations.
6. Assign and troubleshoot IP phones.
7. Handle servers and Microsoft-based software environments.
8. Configure and troubleshoot network printers and access issues.
9. Manage and resolve LAN and WAN network issues.
10. Maintain system documentation, including configurations and network
diagrams.
11. Install, configure, assign and test new hardware and software.
12. Monitor system activity to ensure security and compliance.
13. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
14. Maintain test environments for development and testing.
15. Conduct basic security assessments and vulnerability checks.
16. Assist in testing system functionality to ensure reliability and
performance.
