Investment Analyst - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deal Sourcing: Identify and track emerging startups across key sectors.
2. Market Research: Analyze market size, competition, and trends for target
sectors.
3. Financial Analysis: Support in reviewing financial models, cap tables, and
valuations.
4. Due Diligence: Gather and assess key data on product, team, traction, and
business model.
5. Founder Interaction: Assist in first-level founder calls and prepare
meeting notes.
6. Portfolio Support: Track portfolio performance metrics and update
dashboards.
7. Investment Committee Support: Help prepare IC memos, pitch summaries, and
internal reports.
8. Ecosystem Mapping: Research investors, accelerators, and strategic
partners relevant to Spotlight.
9. Content & Insights: Contribute to sector research reports and Spotlight
blog insights.
