International Sales With Pre-Placement Offer (Immediate Joiner) - Internship

We're expanding globally and seeking a rare, self-driven fresher who wants to
prove performance in 90 days and join us permanently.
If you are not willing to pursue a permanent role based on performance, do not

The Role (Internship PPO)
This is not a routine internship it's a career-launchpad.

You'll spend 3 months mastering international B2B sales, earning incentives,
and demonstrating that you can sell GreenSignature Mindful WorkSpace
Certifications to decision-makers across borders.

Top performers receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to continue full-time with
us. Clear PPO for those who meet targets and demonstrate ownership.

Stipend: Fixed stipend will be 3500-4500, and based on sales done additional
incentives will be given.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and engage Founders, HR Heads, Sustainability/CSR leaders in
global markets
2. Present and promote Mindful WorkSpace Certification to international
organisations
3. Close high-ticket deals with clarity, integrity, and consistency
4. Build new markets with the Founder/Leadership and own outcomes end-to-end

Skills & qualifications:
1. Excellent English communication verbal & written.
2. Strong confidence in presenting, pitching, and negotiating with
professionals.
3. Self-driven mindset thrives on goals, not supervision.
4. Basic understanding of LinkedIn and digital communication platforms.
5. Quick learner grasps business concepts fast.
6. Positive attitude competitive yet ethical.
7. No prior experience required but you must believe you can perform and
earn.
8. Preferred background: Business/marketing/psychology/sustainability
graduates (open to all fields with sales aptitude).
