International Business Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outreach & engagement: Making 150+ high-volume outbound calls daily to
parents in the USA and Canada markets.
2. Demo booking: Converting leads into scheduled demo sessions by effectively
communicating the value of Eager Birds' educational programs.
3. CRM management: Maintaining and updating accurate records of call outcomes
and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
4. Brand ambassadorship: Acting as the first point of contact for parents,
ensuring a warm, professional, and 'parent-first' communication style.
5. Target achievement: Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly targets for
successful demo bookings.
