Internal Communication And Engagement - Internship

We're building something exciting inside The Economic Times - a dynamic
internal engagement program that spans 300+ employees across departments. To
bring this to life, we're looking for an intern who's equal parts
communicator, doer, and live wire - someone who can drive messages, create
moments, and be on the ground as the heartbeat of this initiative.

This is not a desk-bound communications role. It's a hands-on, high-energy
internship where you'll help drive internal momentum, spark real-time
interactions, and keep the spirit of the organization buzzing every single
day.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Drive internal communication: Craft and send daily or weekly messages
across internal channels (WhatsApp, email, posters, etc.) to inform, energize,
and unite teams around common goals.
2. Own on-ground execution: Be physically present on the floor to conduct
engagement activities, run mini-events, coordinate leaderboard displays, ring
the celebration bell, and spark daily excitement.
3. Plan recognition and motivation rituals: Design and roll out recognition
formats, shout-outs, surprise awards, and interactive moments that boost
morale and visibility.
4. Work with senior leadership: Collaborate with business leaders and project
owners to translate business milestones into engaging internal storytelling
moments.
5. Track and report engagement: Maintain records of participation, feedback,
and floor energy, and provide creative suggestions based on what's working.
